Privacy Policy
At Heart & Grace Marriage Coaching, protecting your privacy is something I take seriously. This
policy explains what information I collect from you, how I use it, and the steps I take to keep it
secure while you work with me.
I only collect the information needed to provide my coaching services — for example, your name,
contact details, and notes from your sessions with me. This information is kept confidential and is
never sold or shared with third parties, except the service providers that help run this website (such
as the tools that schedule calls and deliver contact-form messages), or where required by law or
necessary to protect the safety of you or others.
I use reasonable, standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.
By using this website or my coaching services, you agree to the collection and use of your information
as described here. I may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in my practice or in
applicable law.
Terms of Service
- By booking and attending sessions, you're agreeing to show up for scheduled appointments and to participate fully and honestly in the coaching process.
- Session packages do not expire. Refunds are considered only in situations where it's determined a couple's needs fall outside the scope of coaching and would be better served by a licensed professional.
- Any worksheets, guides, or other materials I provide are for your personal use only and may not be copied, redistributed, or shared without permission.
- Coaching is not a substitute for licensed therapy, medical care, legal counsel, or financial advice, and outcomes depend heavily on each couple's own effort and follow-through.
Disclaimer
- Marriage coaching through Heart & Grace is an educational and supportive service, designed to help couples recognize patterns in their relationship and build practical skills around communication, trust, and connection.
- As a Certified Marriage Coach, Jamie does not provide psychotherapy, mental health counseling, psychological treatment, or crisis intervention. Coaching is not a substitute for licensed counseling, therapy, psychiatric care, or other clinical services.
- Coaching sessions do not include trauma counseling, mental health diagnosis or treatment, financial planning, medical diagnosis or advice, legal advice or representation, or emergency crisis support.
- If a couple's situation involves concerns beyond the scope of coaching — including trauma, abuse, addiction, serious mental health conditions, medical issues, financial matters, or legal questions — I may recommend or refer you to another appropriately licensed professional.
- Coaching is a collaborative process built around insight, encouragement, education, and practical tools, but no specific outcome can be promised. Results depend on many factors, including each person's willingness to engage, apply what's discussed, communicate openly, and stay committed to the process.
- By working with me, you acknowledge that you understand what coaching is (and isn't), that you're responsible for your own choices and actions, and that this service is meant to support your personal and relational growth — not to replace professional counseling, medical care, financial guidance, or legal advice.
